scottish provident consumer campaign
Our client, Scottish Provident, approached us to develop an online campaign directly targeting the end consumer in an effort to raise brand awareness and encourage the consumer to enquire about Scottish Provident when speaking to their financial adviser about protection.
LEWIS created a series of Flash animated banners inviting consumers to complete an online form in order to receive the ‘A-Z Guide to Protection' - an easy-to-read guide, which aims to communicate the benefits of protection to consumers and to explain some of the terminology which they're likely to come across. A click-through link to the protection provider's site and an option to download the guide was also included in the banners' functionality.
Additionally, LEWIS designed an expandable banner format which allowed viewers to browse a selection of the A-Z guide with the added option of ordering the printed guide via an online form completed and submitted directly within the banner.
To support the campaign, an email was also sent to Intermediaries encouraging them to download or order the printed version of the guide on their clients' behalf.
