scottishpower customers get their flexible fix with the utility provider’s latest deal
LEWIS has just launched an email marketing campaign to promote ScottishPower's latest product which offers its Direct Debit customers a fixed rate until 2010 but with the added flexibility of switching after six months if the Fix ‘n' Flex deal doesn't suit their needs.
The developers on the project made signing-up to the deal really easy by creating a query string that pulls the customer's data straight onto the sign-up form therefore taking the hassle out of form-filling. The paint pot tester creative, which was proposed by the design team, was particularly well received by the client who is keen to consider it for future marketing materials going forward.
To date, the email has experienced a high open rate and customers are continuing to sign up and take advantage of this flexible deal.
